| Gaye Gerard is an Assignment & Editorial Photographer based in Sydney and embarked on her professional Photography career in 2004 after travelling the world on Luxury cruiseships for over 6 years. Specialising in Entertainment, Events and Travel Photography; her images are vibrant and full of life. Gaye is an intuitive and Creative Photographer that takes time getting to know her subject and always delivers her projects on deadline. Joining one of Americas largest Picture Agencies Wire Image in 2005, working with Australia’s top PR agencies, Media Organisation’s, Event Companies, Editors and Talent, GG’s work has been printed by numerous publications and leading websites around the world. In 2007 she joined Getty Images the world’s largest Picture agency as a staff photographer working on a broad range of events including: The MTV Music Awards, Live Earth, Miss Universe Pageant in Vietnam, The Aria Awards, The Logies, Australia Fashion Week, Melbourne & Goldcoast Fashion Weeks, Australian Film Awards and Large scale Music Festivals. Also covering the latest Film & TV Premieres, Theatre Production Openings, Concerts, Celebrity Portraits, Fashion and Beauty Launches, Runways, Book Launches and Exclusive Parties within the entertainment industry. "My fulfillment comes from 2 main factors; connecting with the vast array of people I photograph. Listening to each person's individual story, what inspires them and the synchronicities that lead them on their path. Allowing them to be as comfortable as possible, so I can capture their true essence with integrity and share a glimpse of their spirit with my viewers in those unguarded moments.
