How it Works

Booking Your Session

  • To make a booking please fill in the contact form on the bottom of the page or send me an email info@gayegerard.com or call 0410 898 293.

  • I ask for a $100 deposit to secure your session. This is a non-refundable deposit but it is transferable to another date provided you notify us a minimum of 48 hours within the shooting date that you are unable to attend and wish to reschedule.

  • Note a $85 travel fee for any location outside of the 15 km city radius will be charged.

  What To Wear-

  • Try to keep it simple, here are some tips to help you.

  • If possible avoid bold patterns and logos.

  • For tops light colours are good for the top half.
    White is great – for beach or park locations.

  • Make sure you are comfortable. Minimal jewelry and Limit accessories

  • For family photos, it’s good if everyone is wearing something similar, or at least similar colours. (jeans on bottom or light coloured tops)

  • If you are in any doubt, please feel free to bring a change of clothes if you like. I will assist you with my styling experience on the day.

After the
Photo Session

 

  • If you have opted for the USB Package,

  • Images undergo subtle retouching in high resolution ready for print, the images are also reproduced in low resolution (for viewing as well as emailing, Instagram, Facebook etc). The USB will then be posted to you via Australia post and you are free to print from them as you like or if you prefer a dropbox folder online can be created and you can download the files straight to your computer instantly.

     

  • If you have opted for the Portrait Package, a digital PDF contact sheet will be emailed to you and you can then email me the image numbers you would like to have printed or created into stunning acrylic face mounts, which give a stylish gallery feel that look like they float off your wall, these are extremely popular.

    We also have a range of other formats for mounting your beautiful prints.

    All images are printed on Professional high quality Kodak matte or metallic paper at our partner lab.

  • DELIVERY - Your images will be ready within 2-3 weeks of your session, with your permission a couple of the images may be available on our facebook page.
